"The positives: Clean rooms, modern and appears to be quite new, good shower. Beds were soft - slept well. Good climate control in the room. Quiet - even though we were close to the airport and a major road, there was no noticeable noise. Negatives. No refrigerator, no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities. Nothing anywhere near the hotel - no 7-11's, shops, restaurants. So if you wanted to buy anything at all it was a bus ride into town. I bumped into someone who was staying in a hotel a couple of doors away and their room also had no fridge or tea making facilities, so clearly these rooms are designed for people staying overnight before a flight, just a room to shower and sleep in. We were able to go down to the restaurant or reception and get hot water to make our own tea / coffee."

"I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. This hotel was a little far from tourist attractions, but I am grateful that I was able to stay in a 5-star hotel at a good price. Scales, facilities, breakfasts, and services distinguished this hotel from four-star hotels, and staffs were exceptionally friendly. In particular, artistic architects participated in hotel construction and showed artistic interiors. Staying in a room that is comparable as a work of art was a beautiful experience of travel. I changed the room once during my stay, and the second room was perfect for both artistry and practicality in feeling like boarding a spacecraft. In the second room, I was particularly satisfied with the bathroom facilities. Also, I am especially grateful to all the staff who helped my mother, who got hurt while traveling in Toledo."

"They have everything you need to cook and clean your clothes, loved the view, wished they had air conditioner and bathrooms are shared but besides that it was good"

"The apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need! The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code. Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free."

"Totally delighted with the apartment stay, very clean, tidy, very central Madrid, close to everything, shops, metro, bus, train station. It is very well located and the service was wonderful, everyone was friendly. I will return to Madrid and without a doubt stay there. I recommend it 100%👌"

"Overall. The hotel is near Puerta del Sol, there is access control, ring the bell or swipe the card to enter, feeling safe. The first floor is bright and warm, the first impression is not bad, the receptionist is older and the attitude is average. Enter the room to see that the facilities and sanitation are generally the same, it seems to be a private house renovation. The elevator is very fun. Press the button of the building. It will slowly rise or fall to this floor, and then quickly open the elevator door, otherwise it will leave. The first time I took this elevator, I didn't see it at first, and I climbed two floors with my suitcase."

"I would have wanted to say 10/10 in fact until the last minute it was so but my transport goes out at 6 pm and there is no one at reception at that time and the door was blocked (rotated) Without the possibility of going out with card or button ..... The Lord of Uber helped me force the door to get out right when the police told us we could do it, we call all the phones we had from the hotel and no one answered. I think if they put out autonomous should consider having a security guard at that time or a normal type emergency access because I was going to search the train but imagine if there was a real incense or emergency ...... that needs to improve it absolutely already"
